Governor Mitt Romney has activated the National Guard to help with security at Logan Airport for the first time since the Sept. 11 terror attacks. The security alert was raised at Logan and airports around the nation early Thursday after investigators in Great Britain said they broke up a terrorist plot to blow up airplanes from London to the United States.Romney said there was no indication that any of the flights were heading to Logan.
